Setup & Integration

What tools does it integrate with?

DirectCall AI is built to work with the tools your business already uses — not to replace them. Integrations fall into four categories: CRMs, calendars, communication platforms, and custom systems. In most setups, the agent reads from and writes to these systems in real time during the call, so everything stays in sync without any manual data entry.

CRM integrations are the backbone of lead and contact management. When a call ends, the agent can automatically create or update a contact record, log the call summary, tag the lead by intent, and trigger workflows — all without anyone touching a keyboard. Supported CRMs include:

  • GoHighLevel — full contact and pipeline sync, workflow triggers, appointment booking
  • HubSpot — contact creation, deal stage updates, activity logging
  • Salesforce — lead and opportunity creation, custom field mapping
  • Other CRMs with API access — mapped during onboarding

Calendar integrations power the appointment booking experience. The agent reads live availability and writes confirmed appointments directly to the calendar, eliminating double-bookings and manual follow-up. Supported calendar systems include:

  • Google Calendar — direct OAuth connection, reads and writes in real time
  • Microsoft Outlook / Office 365 — full calendar sync via Microsoft Graph API
  • Calendly — slot availability and booking via Calendly's API

Communication integrations handle what happens after the call. The agent sends confirmation texts, appointment reminders, follow-up emails, and post-call summaries using your existing communication stack. This includes Twilio for programmable SMS and voice, direct SMTP email delivery, and webhook-triggered messages through tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), or any automation platform that accepts HTTP POST requests.

If your tool isn't on this list, that doesn't mean it won't work. Any system that exposes an API or accepts webhooks can be connected during onboarding — this covers thousands of platforms. During setup, the DirectCall AI team maps the data fields your agent will read and write, tests the connection end-to-end, and confirms everything is working before your agent goes live. There's no integration work required on your end beyond providing API credentials and a brief explanation of how you want data to flow.
